With 34 years of experience as an entrepreneur in the design field, I have worked in all aspects of design, including concept, manufacturing, marketing and retail. In short, I understand the entire design process from the initiation of the idea and the production of it, to bringing it to market at a price. I have won awards for my ability in conceptual design and niche marketing. I have had a manufacturing company selling to 1600 stores with 30 employees, a retail store that won a national award for the most unique new retail concept in Canada, and I’ve been spokesperson for a North American paint company.



People have said that my store, Jane Hall The Voice of Style, should be in London, Paris or New York. The store, which embodies my 34 years of experience, is an all-encompassing experience designed to capture people’s imagination. As customers have noted, walking into my store is reminiscent of walking through the “Looking Glass” in Alice in Wonderland or travelling to some far away, exotic or sophisticated place. Great music and soft scents fill the air and colour, colour, colour and texture are everywhere!!!!!



Not only do I provide interior design services, ready-made and custom home furnishings and more; I explore the cultural psyche of design. The intent of this blog is to provide inspiration for those who love colour, texture and the unexpected.
